We Encourage Quality and Excellence.
We accomplish our purpose and goal by the manner in which we practice our profession. Experienced professionals and para-professionals perform our services. We deliver services that are prompt, personal and responsive. We are accessible, highly trained and reliable. We work at maintaining personal contact with our business and engagement clients by frequent, focused and face-to-face communications.
We visit business locations as often as possible to discuss pending matters. Our quality control procedures provide that all work is reviewed by at least one professional. We ask all clients to sign a fee agreement and, if appropriate, an engagement letter so that we have a mutual understanding of what is to be done and what it will cost. We bill based on value and time. Our firm culture encourages quality and excellence. We invest heavily in continuing education and published professional materials. We encourage continuous improvement for our practice and ourselves. And we enjoy our work and client relationships.
Our purpose is to provide excellent counsel, advice and services to our business and individual clients. Our goal is to have happy and well-served clients.
